Scope
Design-Build ground-up construction of an 1800 s.f. certified childcare facility for the Village of Gakona. The building design incorporated 5-star plus energy efficiency. Scope of work included: utilities, site preparation, well, septic, vertical construction, and finishes. The project was safely completed on time, within budget and in a quality manner.
