Scope
The United States General Services Administration requested the removal of drywall, with visible mold growth present, and execute mold spore air sampling in Unit B of the GSA 4-Plex at the ALCAN US Border Station (ALCAN). The purpose of the project is to remove and clean mold affected Unit B in this building and provide and install new building materials to match existing conditions.
