Scope
The USACE Seattle District has a requirement for the construction of infrastructure improvements and service connections in support of the National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICoE) Satellite Facility. Supporting facilities include site development, utilities and connections, lighting, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, storm management, information systems, paving, parking, landscaping, and signage.
